Alzforum comment on a new paper looking at the role of Tanycytes in the brain in tau clearance

The lab was approached by the editors of Alzforum to give a comment on a newly published medRxiv paper looking at the role of tanycytes in the brain; "Tanycytes are degraded in Alzheimer’s Disease, disrupting the brain-to-blood efflux of Tau", a fascinating piece of research looking to define the role of this unsual class of brain cell in the clearance of tau from the brain.
